Foster Homes Needed

GHG is in urgent need of foster families.  For many months Foster Coordinator Judy Burke has been able to rely on only a couple of volunteers. They—and their own dogs—need a break for some well-deserved downtime. With the recent changes to the fostering program, dogs do not remain in foster care for weeks or even months as they did in the past. A dog remains with the foster family only until it has fully recovered from spay/ neuter and dental procedures, one or two weeks at the most.

If you are a previous adopter, please consider giving some time to a foster dog. You have experienced the joy of owning a greyhound. By fostering, you can give someone else a chance for the same experience.
